To be integrated in the Business Process Improvement team.

Functions

. Ensure the implementation of financial projects and the coordination of teams with different stakeholders;
. Plan and supervise projects, ensuring their completion on time and within budget;
. Manage project resources and oversee its progress, keeping stakeholders informed through project and steering committees;
. Support teams in identifying opportunities for process improvement;
. Support the implementation of the Continuous Improvement mindset in the organization.

Ideal Profile:

. Strong Project Management skills, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience;
. Ability to ensure meaningful project structure and governance;
. Ability to document, monitor and report the development of the project;
. Ability to present and discuss with stakeholders at different levels;
. Focus on results, their influence and impact;.
. Good ability to organize and set priorities;
. Strong business experience, continuous process improvement and implementation of efficiency solutions;
. Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to: explain technological solutions in business language, establish contacts, and good persuasion and argumentation skills;
. Excel proficiency
. Fluency in English

Functions:

. Identify the company's financing needs, in accordance with the established business plan;
. Search, negotiate and close the necessary financing agreements;
. Involvement in other types of transactions: bank guarantees, new financial products adapted to the business, etc;
. Lead the process of implementing financing and other products/tools, including the negotiation and renegotiation of contractual terms with financial institutions and the coordination of the process between different areas of the company and counterparties;
. Control the contracted financial products and ensure compliance with contractual and legal obligations;
. Support audit processes in areas related to financial products;
. Prepare internal and external reports for different stakeholders.

Ideal Profile

. Degree in Economics, Finance, Management or similar;
. Relevant professional experience of at least 5 years in Finance;
. Deep knowledge in negotiating financing agreements (preferably in Portuguese and English); . Knowledge of accounting standards, regulations and laws related to financial products; 
. MS Office proficiency (Excel required)
. Fluency in English (required)
. Ability to lead financing processes;
. Solid analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills, with skills to accurately analyze and process data;
. Strong relationship and communication skills, and adaptability to different business partners, teams and cultures.
